Company-wide parties and events Job Responsibilities: Performs
maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders. Conducts
monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative
maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting
requirements. Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the
property. Manages vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and
other physical asset vendors to ensure quality service. Maintains
adequate inventory of supplies. Manages tasks within budget or
seeks approval for necessary work that is over budget. Emergency
on-call is required as part of the position. Performs all
reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor. Strives to exceed
residents’ expectations for excellent customer service. Contributes
to a positive team culture and happy resident base. Maintenance
Supervisor Qualifications: At least 3 years experience in property
maintenance or equivalent field required Maintenance experience in
multi-family property management strongly preferred Certified
Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator
desired Must have basic computer skills with the ability to input
data and notes in English intro tracking systems High
organizational skills Experience with warranty work Strong
communication skills High level of attention to detail Ability to
complete punch walks and follow-up with construction Great
presentation and interaction with clients and residents required
Excellent customer service skills required Experience with leading
and supervising a team preferred Prior experience working with a
budget strongly preferred Experience with Yardi preferred Ability
to respond to after hours emergencies, as needed Can operate
vehicle on premise and has valid driver's license and automobile
insurance coverage Supplies their own tools If you do not fully

ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the
specific needs of the day. Estimated 66% - 100% of time is spent on
feet and sitting at desk. Constant need to type, write, & grasp
(working at a computer and answering phones) Occasional need to
bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above
shoulder Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion
with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs - 75lbs and be on
