Job Description Job Description LHH is partnering with a company that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounts Payable Specialist. You will be the sole AP contributor on the team so you will need to have at least three years of previous accounts payable experience. There is opportunity to take on tasks outside of the AP department so the manager is looking for someone who is a team player and who is willing to help with whatever is needed. The company is growing so the person joining needs to be flexible and adaptable to changes. This position is fully onsite in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in accordance with company policies. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers as needed. Maintain organized records of invoices, payment documentation, and correspondence for audit purposes. Assist with month-end closing tasks and support other accounting functions as required. Qualifications: Minimum of three years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Employment Details: Fully in office in Seattle, WA. Temporary to hire. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
