Senior Financial Cost Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Cost Analyst to join the P8 Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team in Renton, Washington. In this exciting role, you'll be at the center of a high-performance production environment, partnering with manufacturing, business operating and program leadership. Position Responsibilities: Leads integration and analysis of Labor forecasts for programs Develops complex performance reports Leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of financial performance to senior management Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience Leads development of complex strategic and operating plans as it relates to integrated resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) forecast Leads the development of complex business cases Drives continuous improvement in program financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field 3 years of experience performing financial analysis 3 years of experience with estimates of completion (EACs,) forecasting, resource planning, and cost management Experience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVMS), or cost performance analysis Experience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal development Experience in the ability to lead financial analysis for complex programs or projects Experience in strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
