diligent office assistant and marketing specialist to provide
administrative support, marketing, social media, and transaction
coordination help. You'll be responsible for handling questions in
a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to
streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and marketing
our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent
communication skills, and have some background in customer service.

Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure
Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by
coordinating community events
Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for
customer data filing systems
Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that
highlight our services
Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and
Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new
programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
High school diploma or GED required, some college experience
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal
and written channels
Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
