Job Description Position Summary: An established custom
closet/storage company is looking to hire a qualified
Receptionist/Office Administrator. We are seeking a
highly-motivated individual with strong customer service skills,
positivity, organizational skills and ability to communicate
effectively. We are seeking a team-player, confident in their
ability to multitask in a productive environment. Position
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: --- Provide
general administrative and clerical support including mailing,
scanning, faxing and copying, ordering and maintaining office
supplies --- Review and answer emails promptly --- Maintain
electronic and hard copy filing system, input information into
customer database --- Answering incoming calls in a professional
manner, make appointments, and refer customers to appropriate
personnel --- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients
and contractors, serving as first impression for the company ---
Schedule design appointments and installs, assist in ordering
appropriate products as requested by designer --- Send invoices to
customer --- Serve as liaison between design team, customers,
general manager, and owners of company Minimum Requirements: ---
High School Diploma --- 2 years of administrative experience --- 2
years of customer service experience --- Ability to work well in a
team environment --- Ability to self-manage and take initiative ---
Positive outlook and attitude --- Ability to see the ---big
picture--- --- Excellent organizational skills --- Excellent
written and verbal communications skills --- Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint --- Knowledge of
Quickbooks --- Knowledge of Adobe PDF --- Sense of flexibility and
ability to prioritize and organize workload
