Assistant Date Posted: 3/11/2026 Location: St. Vincent de Paul,
Federal Way St. Vincent de Paul School in Federal Way is seeking a
full-time secretary. Our secretary is the face of our school as
he/she makes the first impression of the school to students,
parents, and visitors. The secretary must welcome all who enter or
call St. Vincent's through courteous, respectful and professional
interactions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following: Supports and upholds our mission. Organizes main office
area for efficiency, safety, and appearance. Coordinates purchasing
of office and teaching supplies, copying materials for teachers,
printing and tracking permission slips, collecting fees, filling of
weekly envelopes. Maintains PowerSchool data entry. Supports the
Principal, Vice-Principal, and Development Director Manages and
cares for student in the health room Profile: Practicing Catholic.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite. Has excellent
organizational and time management skills. Energetic, positive,
collaborative, and compassionate approach to responsibilities and
challenges. Experience in similar role. CPR and First Aid Training
Fluent Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. Hourly budget is
$30/hour. Range is $25-$35/hour. Wage is determined based on
internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's
skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
