As part of our dedicated team, you'll provide first-line support and insightful guidance to ensure that each customer's experience reflects the excellence and values of Sherwin-Williams. Greet and assist retail customers in selecting paints and supplies that meet their specific requirements. Provide detailed product information and practical demonstrations when necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Process transactions and manage inventory accuracy at the point of sale. Maintain an updated knowledge of ongoing promotions and new products. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software Knowledgeable about color theory and different paint types (preferred) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in retail operations or customer service management are advantageous but not mandatory.
