Our PMs serve as project championsleading each project from concept to completion and ensuring client success at every stage. Position Overview The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for communication, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and ensuring all project milestones are met. This role requires deep knowledge of the signage industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they become obstacles. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with internal sales, design, and operations teams to drive projects forward Lead client calls, meetings, and communications to manage expectations and clarify project details Ensure daytoday production schedules and milestone deadlines are met Manage the flow of information between designers, general contractors, vendors, and end users Maintain accurate project data, schedules, documentation, and progress updates Review drawings, site surveys, and technical information for accuracy and feasibility Anticipate urgent needs, identify risks, and respond quickly to changing project conditions Oversee vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material lead times Uphold Evergreens standards for quality control, brand consistency, and project excellence Required Skills & Abilities Thorough knowledge of signage processes from survey through installation Ability to interpret detailed drawings, submittals, blueprints, and architectural documentation Strong project management, scheduling, and prioritization skills Excellent customer service and proactive communication Ability to learn new software systems and project management tools Effective vendor and supplychain coordination Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to embody and reinforce company values Work Environment 90% computer- and phonebased project coordination 510% travel for site visits, client meetings, and job walkthroughs Experience Required 35 years of project management experience in the ARCHITECTURAL SIGNAGE INDUSTRY Strong understanding of production workflows, installation processes, and construction environments Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Competitive compensation Supportive and growthoriented culture Schedule MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 8hour shift
