Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an energetic and
results oriented First-Line Core Quality Engineering Manager (Level
K) to join our Fabrication Quality Team in Auburn or Everett,
WA.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and competent professional
who possesses the ability to work well across diverse groups and
effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Transformational leadership skills will be vital to build team
engagement and lead quality team members in implementing key
initiatives including One Boeing Production System, Operator
Verification, Defect Reduction and Optimization of the product
conformance processes across Fabrication.
Position Responsibilities
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
"US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident,
refugee, or asylee.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
