• 
  Manage customers Warranty and field Charging modules issues.
  
  
• 
  Regularly access, download and categorize warranty claims.
  
  
• 
  Obtain detailed customer complaints and dealer repairs.
  
  
• 
  Update and maintain monthly reports with customer scorecard, C/1000 Glidepath, Pareto, Warranty cost.
  
  
• 
  Conduct Warranty return part reviews with suppliers, Quality, and with plants, and maintain part return database.
  
  
• 
  Present Warranty information to management and follow-up on any requests.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with internal Development teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management) by providing Warranty data and following up on any internal activities for correcting Warranty issues.
  
  
• 
  Create/and or follow up with warranty GIMs and to make sure are closed within the required period.
  Requirements
  
  
• 
  Engineering degree.
  
  
• 
  1+years of practical experience.
  
  
• 
  Strong Verbal and writing communications skills.
  
  
• 
  Basic knowledge of Warranty System.
  
  
• 
  Skills in Microsoft tools and have the skills to create Parato charts and PowerPoint presentations.
