Every Friday is payday!* 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family.* 401K Plan with a 4% company match.* 6 Paid holidays in addition to Paid Time Off.* Uniforms, company phone and tablet provided!* On-going technical and sales development training from the best in the business.*Job Responsibilities:** Perform a thorough precision Tune Up of heating and cooling system with no supervision.* Troubleshoot basic problems with a gas and electric heat system.* Generate equipment leads, sell CCM agreements and get customers to invest in necessary proactive repairs, comfort enhancements and IAQ additions. (CCM = Membership agreements)* Complete all administrative responsibilities neatly, accurately, and completely with no supervision.* Maintain communication with dispatch and department manager.* Keep company vehicle clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory.* Attend department meetings and trainings.* Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company policies.*Job Requirements:** Have an E06 Trainee License.
