We're hiring Assembly Technicians to join our team in Redmond, WA, where you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Position: Assembly Technician Pay: $26.75 per hour Schedule: 2nd shift-Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm Key Responsibilities: Assemble parts at floor stations according to specifications Test and calibrate mechanisms to meet tolerances Identify and repair units that do not meet tolerance levels Work under immediate supervisor and follow established guidelines Skills & Experience: U.S Citizenship required 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required Preferred clean room environment experience Must have great dexterity for small parts Strong English comprehension Strong computer comprehension Comfortable using a microscope for long hours Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Perfect attendance bonus: • $1k at 30 days w/perfect attendance; • $1k at 60 days • $1k at 90 days to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 30 day bonus.
