Quality Planner (Level 3) Company: The Boeing Company The 777/X
Everett Quality Operations team has an exciting opportunity for a
Quality Planner Level 3 to join our team in Everett, WA on 2nd
Shift . Join our team and help drive quality, compliance, and
continuous improvement across the BCA programs. A Quality Planner
Level 3 supports inspection planning, completed records, and change
board activities by managing quality-owned inspection plans,
ensuring production record integrity, and reviewing engineering
design changes to support quality, compliance, and efficient
production execution. Position Responsibilities: Supports, creates,
and manages quality-owned inspection processes and plans for the
BCA programs Ensures accountability, completeness, and integrity of
production records through completed records review and exception
reporting Reviews and provides quality approval on engineering
design change activity and engineering-charged corrective action
requests (CARs) Represents Quality Assurance on major change, First
Article Verification, and PP&C committed change activities
Interprets engineering drawings, specifications, program
directives, and quality requirements to support inspection planning
and configuration assurance Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data
to support recommendations, issue resolution, and process
improvement Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality,
and other stakeholders to support compliant production execution
Creates analytical reports and communicates results to responsible
stakeholders Works under general direction Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience in aerospace,
fabrication, or a manufacturing environment 3 years of experience
reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and
technical requirements 3 years of experience in inspection
planning, quality planning, completed records, configuration/data
management, or change control processes 3 years of experience
gathering data, performing analysis, and developing recommendations
or presenting results 3 years of experience working with Quality
Management Systems (QMS), quality standards, or compliance
requirements in a production environment 3 years of experience
working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and
quality organizations Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Associate degree or higher Experience
supporting engineering design change activity, First Article
Verification, or PP&C committed change processes Experience
with completed records review, exception reporting, or production
record accountability Experience using Microsoft Office
applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working
in AS9100, ISO9001, or Boeing Quality Management System
