777X Flight Controls Manager (Level K) Company: The Boeing
Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes , 777X organization is looking
for a highly talented and motivated Flight Controls Manager (Level
K) to lead a team in Everett, WA. Position Overview: The 777x
program is seeking a Flight Controls manager to lead a Flight
Controls team that focuses on 777X High Lift and Folding Wing Tip
systems progressing rapidly toward 777-9 Amended Type
Certification, the subsequent transition into production and fleet
support, as well as preparing for 777-8F Amended Type
Certification. The position will focus heavily on System Safety
Analyses, Development Assurance, flight test problem resolution,
and lab test. This role requires technical knowledge of the Flight
Control system and strong leadership capabilities to manage
critical work statement within the team. The ideal candidate will

they are known Position Responsibilities: Managing team priorities,
work statement, and budget allocation Oversight of technical
decision-making and engineering quality Reporting and elevating
status to senior leadership Direct coordination with Suppliers
and/or Customers Performance management and mentorship of an
engineering team Cross-functional coordination with other
organizations such as Avionics, Crew Ops, Airplane Safety, Aero,
System Stress, Production Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Work
Authorization: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The
selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical,
Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science,
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
directly related to the work statement 2 years of experience
leading a project or a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience
with Flight Controls system design Experience working development
and sustaining programs Experience working with system engineering
principles Experience working directly with Boeing suppliers and
customers Experience leading and mentoring large engineering teams
Knowledge of flight controls systems Demonstrated ability to
effectively plan and manage tasks while adhering to schedules, take
responsibility for all aspects of issue resolution, and lead teams
through rapidly changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and communication skills Conflict of

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $151,000
