At Amazon, we’re inventing on behalf of customers, and with
Amazon Leo, we’re redefining what global connectivity looks like.
Our mission is to deliver fast, affordable broadband to unserved
and underserved communities around the world through a
constellation of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Every system we
build helps connect people to education, healthcare, opportunity,
and each other. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager
(TPM) to lead satellite test systems development and launch vehicle
electrical integration. This role sits at the intersection of
systems engineering, hardware, software, test, and manufacturing,
driving complex programs that ultimately become part of the LEO
satellite infrastructure powering global connectivity. In this
role, you will act as the end-to-end Sr. TPM for satellite test
systems and launch vehicle electrical integration. Your TPM
leadership will drive delivery of complex projects involving system
verification, network communication, electrical design, mechanical
design, manufacturing, testing, and software. You'll develop
integrated plans, drive execution, and remove blockers to enable
teams to deliver faster and with higher quality. Your ability to

responsibilities • Own end-to-end satellite test systems programs
from concept through production, managing initiatives that span
multiple engineering disciplines and directly impact Leo's
satellite constellation deployment. • Partner closely with
engineering (electrical launch vehicle hardware, EGSE
hardware/software, and manufacturing), driving engineering trades
and technical solutions. (system, sub-system, and component level).
• Develop structured risk management approaches, maintaining a high
bar of accountability across design and production teams to ensure
program commitments are met. • Develop integrated schedules,
dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs in a high-speed,
high-complexity, agile environment. • Translate complex
architectural decisions into executable plans with clearly defined
outcomes. (hardware and software) • Formulate plans with
engineering and manufacturing for new automated test system
introductions including feature prioritizations, test strategies,
and efficient hardware/software deployments across the fleet. •
Drive cross-team alignment on ownership, sequencing, and delivery
while adapting quickly as conditions change, ensuring deliverables
meet mission and program requirements. Export Control Requirement:

delivery of products involving hardware and software. - Ability to
engage in technical discussions with engineering teams to deliver
hardware and software solutions. - Proven track record managing
complex programs at scale, including building execution plans,
