Job Description:
We are hiring a General Manager for a fast-paced, family-focused
entertainment venue in Auburn, WA, recently updated with a
multi-million-dollar renovation.About the Role:This is a hands-on
leadership position where you'll:--- Oversee daily operations---
Hire, coach, and support team members--- Manage scheduling,
payroll, and safety standards--- Collaborate on events and facility
coordinationWhat We're Looking For:--- 5+ years of leadership
experience--- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills---
High-energy, team-first mindset--- Passion for working with youth
and families--- Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a
plus--- Base pay: $50,000-$65,000 + monthly bonuses (up to
$30K/year)--- Fun, fast-paced environment--- 40-50 hrs/week - 2
