Columbia County Health System serves the greater Columbia County area with a family practice, Rural Health Clinic out of Dayton, WA (Columbia Family Clinic), and another in Waitsburg, WA (Waitsburg Family Clinic). The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Each of our clinics are a tight-knit group that comes together for our exceptional community.Compensation and Benefits:* $200,000 - $300,000 annual salary, depending on experience* Schedule: 40 hours per week: 32 Patient Facing hours, 8 Admin hours per week* Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS* Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Bonus available*We are looking for a Board-eligible or Board-Certified Physician*, accepting either Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) candidates for this position. A valid license to practice medicine in the State of Washington is required. For this role, you will need to have organizational and communication skills and a drive to advocate for your patients. Our providers work 8 patient-facing hours, with 2 hours of administrative time built in, allowing you the balance between documentation and feeling like you can make real patient connections!At the base of the Blue Mountains, this community is perfect for those looking for outdoor recreation and rural living while having quick access to the enjoyment of Walla Walla and its active festivities.
