AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist Needed in Centralia, WA:

Openings in elementary, middle, and high schools.
Contract through the 2025/2026 school year - 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Potential to extend into following years.

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Pay:

$2,372.00 - $2,591.00 per week

Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Speech Language Pathologist Certificate required, or in progress/pending.
WA Department of Health Services Speech and Language Pathology License.
Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.

Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions:

The ideal candidate will assess and treat a range of communication disorders using tele practice methods, collaborating with educators and parents to create individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy sessions, maintaining documentation, and participating in IEP meetings.
The SLP will be committed to supporting students' communication needs in a flexible, engaging manner.
