Location: Snohomish County, WA; 15 miles north of Seattle Setting: Hospital/Clinic - Outpatient & Inpatient Start Date: ASAP End Date: June 30, 2024 with options for extension Schedule: Full-time clinic hours Call OR Option to work 2, 3, or 4 weeks per month; Please offer your availability Patients per Shift: 15 Hospital/Surgery Privileges are required Requirements: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Active, Unrestricted WA license OR IMLC License Clean background/malpractice/NPDB Clean DEA license BLS Certification Clinic Hours Call required Surgical Skills EMR: Epic Skills Required: General Adult Urology, Advanced Endoscopic techniques, Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL Skills Highly Preferred: Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladded u/s with biopsy, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis Rate: $250/hour; OT $360/hour; Nightly Call $423.50; 24 hour Call $2850; Call Back $460/hour after 3 hrs gratis Travel & Lodging covered Malpractice Insurance provided
