Seeking BE/BC Pediatrician to join faculty team in Yakima, WA. Purpose of the Position : Provides direct care to patients in the clinic, hospital, and other care settings, with ambulatory care under the oversight of the Clinical Site Director, educates residents through precepting and formal teaching, performs assigned advising and curricular duties. Advocacy : For patients and providers. Administration round tables with providers for input with strategic planning. We provide comprehensive care for all ages, regardless of the ability to pay. Our patients receive preventive services, care for acute and chronic illness, and care in our clinics, hospitals and other sites. We provide prenatal and obstetric services in Yakima and Kittitas Counties. Pharmacy on site Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes Teen Health Clinic Clinical Support : 1-1.5:1 MAs, Pediatric RNs, after-hours nurse triage, and case managers Providers: Great blend of new grads, tenured pediatricians, and pediatric nurse practitioners Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $205,000-$247,400. Salary is based on encounters per day (18-26 tiered level), and experience bonus. Additional incentives for meeting quality goals, and precepting oversight.
