standards of health and wellness at our facilities, impacting
directly on the quality of life of our residents. As a Health and
Wellness Director, you will oversee the development and
implementation of health and wellness programs across our network
of living communities. Your expertise will guide our staff in
delivering exceptional care tailored to the needs of seniors,
ensuring compliance with all regulatory health standards. Develop
and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs across all
facilities. Supervise and train healthcare staff in delivering
quality care and meeting industry standards. Monitor and ensure the
compliance with the healthcare regulations and standards across the
facilities. Conduct regular audits and reviews of health and
wellness programs to ensure effectiveness. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to maintain up-to-date knowledge of
advancements in senior care. Manage budgets and resources
effectively, ensuring the sustainability of health programs.
Provide regular reports to management on health and wellness
outcomes and program efficiencies. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Exceptional knowledge of geriatric health and
wellness Proficient in regulatory healthcare standards Adept at
budget management and resource allocation Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid nursing or relevant medical license Certified
in Geriatric Health Management (preferred)
