Ensures effective management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Maintain efficient staffing levels in clinical departments Intervene effectively with staff, patients, family, or medical staff Requirements: Current WA license BLS and ACLS certification Minimum of 4 years recent clinical experience 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
