Job Description Position Title: Inpatient Adolescent
Psychiatrist (MD/DO) Location: Kirkland, Washington Fairfax
Behavioral Health has been a cornerstone of mental health care in

adolescents and adults. - Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone
psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care. - Everett
Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence
Medical Center’s Pacific Campus. - Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility
located at Evergreen Health in Monroe. - Bellevue Outpatient
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute
inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty,
Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs. With
over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate,
patient-centered care. We prioritize patient recovery, offering a
supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term
sobriety and improved mental health. Details - Manageable and
Sustainable Caseload: Inpatient Adolescent caseload of 15
encounters per day. - Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday,
day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care
duties are finished. - Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric
evaluations, follow-ups, assessments, treatment team leadership,
and patient discharges. - Work-Life Balance: Occasional once
monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by
phone only. - Leadership and Growth Opportunities: Unit
Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.
Compensation & Benefits - Job type: Full time employed W-2
position. - Salary range: $320,000-$360,000 - Benefits: Robust
benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched
401K, ST/LT disability, etc. - Malpractice insurance: Included -
PTO: 26 days Paid Time Off annually. - CME package - Other
compensation: Negotiable Relocation Assistance/Sign-On Bonus.
Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications 1. Education: MD/DO
degree from an accredited program. 2. Certifications: BE/BC General
Psychiatry (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly
preferred). 3. Licensure: Current Washington physician/medical
license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required
license. 4. Credentialing: Meets all credentialing criteria
required by participating physicians. Kirkland, WA, offers a
