Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Everett, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,535 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CNOR preferred Must-Have: - Experience in care coordination and discharge planning - Ability to float to similar units Description: This position requires working on care coordination and discharge planning within an acute care facility. Candidates will need to work in different areas of the hospital as needed. The role involves managing patient care transitions and ensuring that patients receive the necessary support for their discharge. Weekend call shifts are required, as well as presence during weekdays. The team provides oversight for various surgical and cardiovascular procedures. Candidates should have experience with patient ratios and the EPIC charting system. Behavioral health experience does not qualify as acute care hospital experience. All travelers are expected to float between units as needed. Strong candidates who meet the requirements will be screened accordingly. The facility operates as a Level II trauma center with a wide range of patient age groups. Discharge planning experience is essential for this role.
