We are actively looking to hire two LCSWAs in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer Associate Licensed Therapists: Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential Comp range of $69,000-$92,000 W2 employed position Sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package 401K with 4% match Part-time and full-time options CEUs Paid parental leave Malpractice insurance provided Working 1:1 with a great clinical supervisor Location and Schedule Office located in beautiful new clinic in Lakewood, WA Monday - Friday Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules Hybrid Model , Must be in-person at least 2 days a week Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team.
