Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/01/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Physical Therapist Job Type: Full-Time Location: Renton, WA Description: - Evaluate, treat, and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients - Develop and document treatment plans and progress notes accurately and timely - Supervise therapy assistants and support staff, providing guidance and coaching - Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicare, and OSHA standards - Participate in facility meetings, continuing education, and special projects - Maintain current CPR certification and licensure Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program - Active Washington Physical Therapist license - Strong communication, clinical problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and supervise support staff - Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
