Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Medical Assistant - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/08/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Location: Bellevue, WA (Will float to First Hill, West Seattle & Issaquah clinics as needed) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8s | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Setting: Outpatient Dermatology Clinic Charting System: EPIC (Required) Requirements: - Certification: MA-C (Medical Assistant-Certified) – Only MA-C accepted - Experience: Minimum 6 months Adult Outpatient Clinic experience (Dermatology preferred) - Certifications: BLS CMA - EPIC experience required - First-time travelers accepted - Open to local & non-local candidates - Non-local candidates must confirm willingness to relocate permanently if offered perm Skills & Responsibilities: - Obtain vital signs - Record history/medications/allergies - Room patients (30 visits/day, 3 rooms) - Assist with procedures: - ED&C - Punch biopsy - Shave biopsy - Excision - Suture removal - Sterile tray setup - Specimen labeling & wound care - Insurance verification & authorization forms - Scheduling appointments - Pharmacy refill requests - Follow-up calls - Telephone triage 3199890 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
