An Occupational Therapist is sought for a full-time position providing essential support to K-12 students across multiple educational settings in Federal Way, WA. This role involves a rewarding opportunity to work within a highly diverse school district, delivering direct OT services to students in one high school and three elementary sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 900-950 minutes of direct occupational therapy services weekly, supporting a diverse K-12 caseload. Collaborate closely with a supportive motor team and agency staff to promote student success. Participate fully in the onsite professional environment during scheduled hours. Position Details: Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Late March start with employment through the end of the school year. Mat leave coverage role requiring a reliable and dedicated clinician. Onsite placement with no remote work options. Interview dates available via Zoom on February 24th, 25th, and 26th at 4:00 pm. Desired Skills and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload and adapting services to varied educational environments. Strong collaboration and communication skills to build relationships with team members and agency contacts. Ability to work independently and contribute to a close-knit professional team.
