Hematologist/Oncologist BC/BE WA license WA DEA BLS Covid
Vaccination required Facility: Clinic Schedule: Dates: December 27,
2021 - Ongoing (a year or more) 4-5 days per week; consistent
8am-5pm No Call Assignment : Outpatient with Inpatient consults
Comfortable with bone marrow aspiration in clinic. Average 18
patients/day EMR: EPIC Opportunity to add AK license and coverage
to help in Ketchikan, AK, but not required.
