Job Description:

A leading integrated healthcare system in beautiful Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team focused on outpatient back and spine care.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient position
• 5-day work week
• No call responsibilities
• Focus on outpatient spine and musculoskeletal care

• Mentorship and professional support available

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
• Ability to obtain licensure in Washington
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Interest in spine, back, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $133K $154K based on experience
