• Outpatient Clinic
• Indian Health Service (IHS) facility

Schedule:

• Monday Friday
• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• No nights / No call

EMR:

• RPMS

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Any U.S. State License Accepted
