YOUR ROLE Do you have the eye of a bold eagle, the concentration of a hunting lioness, the social skills to work and communicate with a team, and logistical ocean freight knowledge? Well, you may be the Ocean Freight Customer Service Administrator we are looking for. Your mission will be to perform full cycle customer service and reporting data results, assisting with research and reconciling discrepancies. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Customer facing activities include * On-boarding (SOP's, OneID, POAs, check quote is in place etc.) * Quote for existing ocean clients (based on MSR) * Ocean customer specific tasks ahead of shipping (PO management, etc.) * Receive & Create customer Booking, Quote or Service Requests * Shipment approval with destinations * Review Customer Job Profitability * Routing Order to origins, follow up, updates * Arrival advice, gather customer requirements * Shipment Status Requests, Track & Trace, PO management * Respond to complaints & queries * Claims (entry point, guide) * Exception Management * Customer Survey * Review Customer Job Profitability WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * High School Diploma or GED required * One-year customer service logistics related experience * Knowledge of ocean freight WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
