Chef, Lead Cook Positions Reporting to this Role: None Location:
Washington Pay range: $21 - $22 Job Summary The Prep Cook:
regulates food handling safety standards and kitchen cleanliness,
must be aware of basic measuring units and basic math, changes
propane when needed, uses palette and knowledge to regulate food
quality and standards, is proficient in their assigned station, may
be able and willing to help dishwasher from time to time, keeps own
station clean and stocked at all times of business, helps all hands
in closing duties at the end of service and preps for the following
day as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Protects the organization, the
members and the guests by adhering to all safety, sanitation, food
preparation, food storage and alcohol beverage control policies;
including but not limited to Washington State Health and Liquor
Department regulations. Works to provide the greatest guest
experience in all Food and Beverage venues by setting a high
standard of service. Abides by all Crystal Mountain employment
guidelines. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Must have
basic knife skills. Must have prior kitchen experience. Must
possess strong food safety knowledge and demonstrate ability and
desire to promote all food handling guidelines as dictated by
Washington State law. General food knowledge and excellent palette.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS- Bullets below are

required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in
operation. Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a
minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity to
operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant
basis. Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones,
mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending,
reaching, and speaking on a constant basis. Ability to work for
extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and
pulling on an occasional basis. Talking and hearing occur
continuously in the process of communicating with guests,
supervisors and other employees. To perform this job successfully,
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
