each a Dazzler Select by Wyndham property. This role will report to
and coordinate with the COO and ownership and onsite leaders to
ensure smooth, efficient operations across front desk,
housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience at our 85room
extendedstay hotel in Tukwila, as well as our boutique wellness
resort with lodging, cafe, spa, and events in Soap Lake. The ideal
candidate is an adaptable, floorpresent leader who is comfortable
spending time at both locations, building strong teams, and
upholding Wyndham standards while creating welcoming, restorative

visitors alike. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across
both properties, providing floorlevel support in front desk,
housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience. Coordinate closely
with the COO, ownership, and onsite leaders to align staffing,

team members to maintain exceptional service for extendedstay,
business, leisure, and wellness guests. Travel regularly between
Tukwila and Soap Lake to support teams, conduct walkthroughs, and
ensure consistency in operations and brand standards. Serve as
Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, being highly visible on the floor
and readily accessible to staff and guests. Personally monitor
housekeeping and maintenance standards to ensure rooms, public
areas, spa spaces, and amenities meet cleanliness, safety, and
functionality expectations. Help manage labor and operating
expenses, and monitor budget performance in coordination with the
COO and property leadership. Handle guest concerns and service
recovery with professionalism, empathy, and timely followthrough.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative,
handson culture that reflects Wyndham and property values. Ensure
compliance with Wyndham brand standards, company policies, and
applicable safety and regulatory requirements at both locations.
Preferred Qualifications Wyndham hotel experience strongly
preferred, with familiarity in brand standards, systems, and QA
processes. Extendedstay hotel experience highly valued, including
understanding of longterm guest needs and operational nuances.
Wellness hospitality and/or sparesort experience preferred
(wellness hotels, spa operations, or retreatstyle properties). 57
years of progressive hotel or resort operations experience, with at
least 3 years in a handson supervisory or management role.
Demonstrated record of being a present, floorfocused leader rather
than primarily officebased. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse
teams and locations. Proven problemsolving skills and a willingness
to step into operational gaps and do whats needed in real time.
Proficiency with hotel property management systems; experience with
extendedstay and/or multiproperty operations is a plus. Ability and
willingness to travel regularly between Tukwila and Soap Lake,
including periodic overnight stays in Soap Lake as needed.
Guestfirst mindset, with a passion for hospitality, service
excellence, and creating restorative experiences for guests and a
supportive environment for staff. What We Offer Competitive pay
range of 2535 per hour, depending on experience, with a true 40hour
work week. Opportunity to lead operations at both an extendedstay
Wyndham hotel in Tukwila and a boutique wellness resort with spa
and cafe in Soap Lake. Collaborative, handson work environment with
direct access to ownership and the COO and clear decisionmaking
authority on the floor. Career growth potential within a
multiproperty hospitality group, including future leadership
opportunities as we continue to expand. Periodic travel between
properties, with the possibility of shortterm onsite housing at
Soap Lake during training or multiday visits, subject to
availability. Employee discounts on lodging and spa services, plus
participation in propertyspecific wellness and staff appreciation
initiatives where available. To apply, please submit your resume
