Coordinator is a multifunctional role, responsible for maintaining
order and operation of the main office to include answering phones
and running errands, as well as supporting basic HR functions. The
Office Coordinator operates under little supervision and assists
executive management and Human Resources by carrying out a wide
range of administrative and support tasks in an organized manner,
maintaining composure and a positive outlook with on-demand
requests and unexpected changes. The dynamic role of Office
Coordinator requires a friendly, people-oriented individual who
takes charge of duties given and fulfils responsibilities
successfully. WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm MINIMUM
EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION Education and/or Experience U.S.
Citizen or Permanent Resident Valid WA State Driver---s License
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance,
Office Administration, or similar field Proficiency with Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Oral fluency
in Cambodian, Laotian, Thai, or Vietnamese language preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by a team member to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job Regularly
required to sit, speak, and listen for extended periods of time
Frequently required to use eye---hand coordination, repetitive hand
movements and manual dexterity to handle and type Occasionally
required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Occasionally bend, reach to shoulder level and lift, carrying,
twisting, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, and ability to adjust focus Hearing level within
normal/average range ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND
ABILITIES To perform the job successfully, an individual should

Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other related applications Must have
basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and a
willingness to follow safety procedures at all times ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities
include, but are not limited to the following: Perform
administrative and secretarial duties in support of main office
personnel Greet walk-in customers; answer and route incoming calls,
fax and e-mail Prepare and distribute mail including packages
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including travel
and hospitality arrangements Order and maintain office supplies
Schedule and coordinate interviews, training sessions, lunches, and
company events Assist with recruitment to include job postings,
phone screens, and setting up orientation/training Receive, handle,
and file confidential information/documents as assigned Data entry
in spreadsheets and internal applications Assist in the
communication of company messages through various platforms
including social media Maintain office efficiency by planning and
implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Keep management team informed by reviewing and analyzing special
reports; summarizing information; identifying trends Assist with
special projects and other related duties as assigned Company
