We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter/HR Admin who will maintain, support and enhance the organizations talent and culture. Including planning and preparing for organizational changes, partner with site leadership regularly to understand talent gaps and make necessary adjustments to plan+ Responsible for managing multiple job requisitions for a wide range of positions+ Updating/creating job descriptions as needed+ Conduct Annual workforce analysis to align to budget and workforce plan+ Manage local staffing agency contracts+ Assist Onboarding, and Retention activities while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements+ Organize, maintain, and update systems & files including HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy & integrity+ Encouraging candidate interest by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.+ Maintaining employee communication boards+ Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs+ Support One ProAmpac culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication+ All other duties as assigned**Requirements**+ 1- 4+ years of recruiting experience (Manufacturing preferred)+ Experience using an ATS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.+ Experience with ADP recruiting a plus.+ Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.+ Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, policies, practices, laws and regulations as they pertain to employment activity+ Adaptability is one of your greatest strengths+ Ability to work independently and pivot quickly as priorities change+ Exceptional time management and organization skills.+ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.+ Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.+ Excellent interpersonal skills.+ Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Apply today and email with any questions!**Area of Interest:** Human Resources **Department:** Admin-9002 **Shift:** Day ShiftProAmpac is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled.
