CDM Smith is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our Corporate
Recruiting Team, supporting our CDM Constructors Inc. Group (CCI).
This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This is a remote opportunity with the preferred locations of
Houston, TX, Florida or Pennsylvania but we are open to other
locations nationwide.
This individual is responsible for providing consultative talent
acquisition services to ensure delivery of top candidates. This
role will lead and prioritize comprehensive unit/group-wide or
firm-wide recruiting programs and projects that will ensure
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring qualified
candidates to hiring managers. This individual may also lead,
mentor and/or train other team members.
The ideal candidate:
--- Leads the unit/group-wide sourcing, development and maintenance
of an effective pipeline and network of diverse key technical
talent using a variety of resources and by applying the latest
tools and technology. Manages the full lifecycle recruiting.
Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all
candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure
legal compliance with staffing practices and processes.
--- Develops, leads, and drives the strategic recruiting programs
and vision to the firm or unit/group management. Confers and
partners with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and
prioritize workforce planning strategies. Documents clear
understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business
requirements. Assigns and manages responsibilities to others on the
team, if required.
--- Ensures and manages communication with candidates, applicants
and hiring managers. Reviews resumes and appropriately prescreens
candidates. Provides feedback and coordinates movement of
applications through the process in a timely fashion.
--- Interacts with leaders to plan and deliver recruiting
strategies and initiate projects leading to quality candidate
pipelines and sources. Leads the recruiting efforts for "quick to
staff" projects, throughout the firm.
--- Develops, executes and measures staffing strategies working
with the recruitment center senior manager to meet experienced
level hiring needs.
--- Provides reporting and tracking metrics that evaluate program
results and processes. Analyzes information and works with others
to ensure high quality delivery Proposes program enhancements to
recruiting processes and infrastructure.
--- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree.
--- 6 years of related experience.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be
considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency
of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and
the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending
on workload and project demands.

Skills and Abilities:
--- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking
systems and technology for sourcing candidates.
--- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
and the ability to work with all types of people at a variety of
levels.
--- Ability to work as an individual contributor/team player and to
keep informed of developments in employment practices. Maintain
employment communications and advertising programs as required.
--- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of other staff on
recruitment projects.
--- Ability to mentor, train and grow more junior staff.
--- Demonstrated knowledge and application of employment law.
Background Check and Drug Testing Information:
CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (hereafter
