your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes Production
Engineering Team is hiring a Mid-Level or Senior Level Staff
Analyst. This position supports recruiting, hiring, and workforce
management of our manufacturing engineering population across
Boeing Commercial Airplane programs. About the Team The Production
Engineering Hiring Team is a small, fast-moving group responsible
for sourcing and hiring engineers, interns, and technicians across
Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment & Tooling Engineering, and
Numerical Control (NC) Programming. We partner closely with Talent
Acquisition team, hiring managers, and university partners to build
a strong, diverse pipeline of early-career and experienced
technical talent. Role Summary We are seeking an energetic, highly
organized Staff Analyst to support our hiring operations. This
person will project-manage hiring activities, engage with
universities and candidates, coordinate closely with recruiters and
hiring managers, schedule interviews, and create dashboards and
metrics to track hiring performance. The ideal candidate is
proactive, personable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
in a collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage
end-to-end recruiting project activities for Manufacturing
Engineering, Equipment & Tooling, and NC Programming roles,
including interns, technicians, and engineers. - Partner with the
recruiting team and hiring managers to define role requirements,
timelines, and candidate screening criteria. - Conduct outreach to
candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn; manage candidate
communications and provide timely status updates. - Coordinate
interview logistics: scheduling, interviewer briefings,
room/virtual meeting setup, and candidate travel arrangements when
needed. - Plan and execute university hiring trips and on-campus
events (career fairs, information sessions, technical demos). -
Develop and maintain hiring performance dashboards and reports
(time-to-hire, pipeline velocity, source effectiveness, diversity
metrics). - Track requisition and candidate status; ensure data
integrity and compliance with hiring policies. - Assist with
employer branding materials and event collateral for campus
engagements. - Provide post-offer onboarding coordination support
in partnership with HR and hiring managers. - Continuously improve
hiring processes and candidate experience through feedback and
metrics-driven recommendations. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/ Experience): - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Human
Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not
required) - 2 years’ experience in recruiting operations, talent
sourcing, university relations, workforce planning, or project
coordination—experience supporting technical or manufacturing
hiring strongly preferred. - Demonstrated project management skills
with the ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring projects and
deadlines. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
experience building dashboards (Smartsheet) preferred. - Experience
with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
(LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, etc.) desirable. - Ability to
travel for university visits and hiring events (frequency as
required). - 3 or more years of related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Strong
written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with
students, candidates, hiring managers, and campus partners. -
Energetic, personable, and highly engaging—able to represent the
team on campus and at events. - Strong attention to detail and
excellent organizational skills. - Collaborative and flexible team
player who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment. -
Comfortable with technical topics and able to learn basic
Manufacturing/NC concepts to better engage candidates. - 5 or more
years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of

- Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $83,300 - $112,700 -
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $104,500 - $141,450
