Your Impact
Axon Records is an innovative cloud-based records management system
designed to empower law enforcement agencies managing their
operations more effectively. It features several modules that
streamline records handling, reporting, and tracking across various
departments within an agency. By minimizing time spent on
paperwork, the system enables officers to focus more on serving
their communities.
In the Axon Records Agency Operations group, we are responsible for
critical modules including detective investigation tools, property
tracking, internal affairs, and workflow tracking. Our success
translates into increased efficiency for law enforcement agencies,
enabling them to solve more cases and providing better service to
the communities they protect.
As a Senior Engineer II for Agency Operations, you will collaborate
closely with a dynamic team of software engineers, product
managers, and designers to drive projects that help us achieve our
mission. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will play a
pivotal role in fostering world-class system architectures and
engineering practices across multiple teams.

What You'll Do
Location: Work from home as much as you want, live nearby our
awesome US R&D Hub in Seattle, so you can easily collab
in-person when it's helpful and be an active part of our vibrant
Axon culture

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation
is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base
pay for this role is between USD 140,000 in the lowest geographic
market and USD 250,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual
base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function,
training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs,
geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
