The Cloud Security team is focused on protecting Robinhood’s AWS cloud and providing engineers with foundational security capabilities. It is a major contributor to the company’s least privilege objective to manage network traffic and reduce the level of access that employees have or could obtain through escalation. A Senior Security Engineer on the Cloud Security team is a well-rounded technologist and a deep subject matter expert in cloud security and building security controls on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate for this role will embody and exemplify our Safety First value. This role is based in our Bellevue, WA offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities equity benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
