qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or
related technical fields. 2 years of experience with data
structures and algorithms. Experience with SQL and relational
databases. Experience with artificial intelligence, building ML
platforms and applied ML. Experience with distributed systems and
services. Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming. About

BigQuery AI/ML is on a mission to democratize AI and ML. It takes

reduces it down to a few lines of SQL statements to train and

grown into a powerful AI and ML platform, growing rapidly in terms
of usage and is a key differentiator for BigQuery. In this role,

problems. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$147,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Contribute to the development of system
components, AI/ML algorithms and more to advance BigQuery's
capabilities. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in
these areas. Drive technical discussions within the team, proposing
new ideas, and sharing knowledge to improve the team's overall
effectiveness. Promote engineering excellence within the team by
adhering to best practices, coding standards, and software
engineering principles.
