Job Description:
Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at
AWS using generative AI? You will be part of the core worldwide
GenAI Models team, responsible for helping our customers build and
deploy Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and
use cases across industry verticals. You will engage with product
owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap
into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services. You
will be working directly with GenAI model providers, Intelligent
Device vendors, around model performance evaluations, intelligent
on Edge optimization, developing demos and proof-of-concepts of
GenAI end applications and use cases with large models. Key job
responsibilities You will help develop the industry’s best
cloud-based solutions to grow the GenAI business. Working closely
with our product and field teams and partners like ISVs and 3rd
party model providers, you will help enable new capabilities for
our customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads across Edge
devices and AWS. This involves activities like market sizing,
building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to
understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC),
creating content to train the field teams, and driving
thought-leadership. As the ideal candidate, you possess a business
and technology background that enables you to lead and drive
engagements with startups and large enterprises. You have domain
expertise in GenAI and key ML use cases, as well as the
system/solution development on Edge devices. You have the technical
depth to articulate the benefits of our GenAI-related services and
solutions to data scientists, and C-Level executives. In addition,
you have a good understanding of the GenAI market trends,
ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about market
development and evangelism. You will need to be adept at
interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS
(product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, partners
development, and professional services) and externally with
customers and AWS partners. You will drive the development of the
GTM plan for building and scaling GenAI on AWS, interact with
customers directly to understand their business problems, and work
with GenAI model providers, Edge device vendors, and our solutions
architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI
solutions to solve them. You will also work closely with account
teams and product teams to drive model implementations and develop
new solutions. You will need to be adept at interacting,
communicating and partnering with other teams within AWS such as
services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, as
well as representing your team to executive management. You should
be passionate about helping companies/partners understand best
practices for operating on AWS. You will also look for patterns and
trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a
set of customers that can help accelerate innovation. About the

Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5 years of working with Data & AI related technologies,
including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database,
and/or Storage experience - Experience developing strategies that
influence leadership decisions at the organizational level -
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams,
building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience
selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications -
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various
business and technical audiences - Experience presenting to both
technical and non-technical executive audiences - Experience
interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience
identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
