Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to
construction sites Perform daily vehicle inspections and report
maintenance needs Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers,
and team members Maintain accurate delivery and work records Follow
all safety and environmental regulations and procedures What Are We
Looking For Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean
driving record Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and
efficiently Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Capable of
performing physical tasks in varying weather conditions Conditions
of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer
pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and
background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing
drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily
in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical
equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated
noise level What We Offer Probationary period $26.82 per hour up to
$35.75 per hour. Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental,
