Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000 base salary 10% bonus eligibility

company match Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is a newly
created, high-impact role responsible for leading all warehouse
functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory management,
staging, and material flow. As the first person to hold this title,
the Warehouse Manager will assess current processes, identify
operational gaps, and establish structure across a historically
underdeveloped function. This leader will oversee year-round and
seasonal warehouse personnel, implement SOPs, drive continuous
improvement initiatives, and act as a key liaison between
warehouse, production, logistics, and operations. This role is
essential in strengthening operational discipline and supporting
the company’s ongoing culture and systems evolution. What You’ll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping,
dock activity, and finished goods movement Lead inventory control,
cycle counts, reconciliation, and accuracy improvements Develop and
implement standardized warehouse SOPs, workflows, and KPIs Build,
train, and manage seasonal labor plans during peak harvest months
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, food-handling
requirements, and operational standards Maintain equipment, racking
systems, storage areas, and compliance documentation Partner with
production and logistics teams to optimize throughput, scheduling,
and on-time delivery Coach, evaluate, and drive accountability
among warehouse staff Identify and execute continuous improvement
initiatives across the warehouse environment What You Bring
Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving,
and inventory management Prior supervisory or leadership experience
(year-round and seasonal teams) Strong process orientation with the
ability to create structure in a developing environment Continuous
improvement experience (Lean, 5S, workflow optimization) strongly
preferred Experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, or
perishable goods operations is a plus Ability to influence
cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple operational teams
Bilingual English/Spanish helpful due to a largely Spanish-speaking
workforce Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent
experience considered Preferred Qualifications Experience
developing KPIs and data-driven warehouse metrics Exposure to
cold-chain or specialty product handling environments Background
implementing warehouse systems, workflows, or process
