We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, on the phone, email, and texting.Some Responsibilities for the Customer Service/ Receptionist Roleincludes but not limited to:Handling multiple phone line for incoming calls.Monitoring incoming textsGreeting customers in the New Car Showroom.Some customers follow-up (phone call, text, email)Other office duties.No Automotive experience required. We offer one on one paid training and support for continued success. Full-Time, Monday to Friday.Health Insurance and 401K with an Employer Contribution. Paid time off, employee discount on product and services.Qualificationsfor Customer Service / Receptionist:High school diploma or GEDAbility to work Full Time (40 hrs)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multi-taskProfessional Image (Being able to represent the dealership with a professional image through phone, email, text or in person.)Excellent Communicator (Excellent verbal and writing skills including good grammar.)Unrestricted Driver's License and clean driving recordAbility to pass a Drug TestQuestions?
