Position Overview

Are you an expert in Field Sales Recruiting, a business consultant and passionate about sourcing top level, high performing sales talent? If so, come join our team which drives talent acquisition for National Sales Divisions at Zones.

We're undergoing large-scale growth across our national sales organizations and sourcing a steady and robust pipeline of top sales talent is an organizational priority. The Sales Recruiter will design and develop new strategies for identifying, engaging, and closing the best Sales talent on national level. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership to determine Zones critical resource needs, develop new and hot recruiting strategies, and be a key player in scaling Zones to its next level of growth.

To be successful in this key role you will leverage your experience in field sales recruiting, technology sales, consulting and/or the VAR industry, have ambition to drive clarity in a fluid environment, and rely on your coaching skills to help our leaders continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a national field sales sourcing strategy that produces a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of field sales executives within corporate and healthcare segments.
  • Use creative, leading edge direct sourcing tools and techniques to build robust talent pools.
  • Execute all facets of Sales executive recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation.
  • Lead, plan and participate in events to meet candidates such as networking groups, industry conferences, etc.
  • Scale in a fast paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are dually vital
  • Possess exceptional research, consulting, and executive sourcing abilities
  • Welcome an entrepreneurial, highly dynamic culture
  • Be a compelling communicator and business consultant able to engage the attention of highly in-demand busy sales talent and senior executives
  • Articulate with a high level of business acumen; influence and engage with senior level executives in a proficient and professional manner

We are seeking candidates with the following:

  • 5-7 years Sales recruiting and 3 or more years in a high growth technical environment preferred
  • Proven track-record of successfully sourcing top field sales talent for a high-growth technology company or VAR preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
  • Track record of strategic partnerships with senior leadership
  • Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people leadership skills
  • VAR and OEM industry knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with sales compensation plan
