Job Description:

Oak Harbor Freight Lines' IT department is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work out of our Auburn, WA location.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for handling Tier 1 trouble tickets
  • Resolve customer issues using mainly remote tools and over the phone
  • Deploy Desktop PCs, Handheld Scanners, Desktop Scanners, and Printers
  • Inventory Management
  • Communicate with Internal and External Customers
  • Shipping and Receiving of IT related hardware
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Perform Daily review of checklistsQUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience with Windows 10, Android, and iOS.
    • Experience configuring and troubleshooting desktops, scanners and printers
    • Experience in Service Desk/Help Desk environment preferred
    • Excellent communications skills.
    • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to work with a team and solo when necessary
    • Strong functional and technical skills
    • Extremely organized
    • Process oriented
    • Ability to follow up and communicate
