The Boeing Corporate is currently looking for Associate Systems Engineer, Digital Transformation Integration to join the team at one of our locations in Everett WA, Tukwila WA, or Seattle WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • SOW includes Architecture Structure & Model Mgmt, Requirements Capture and Validation, ETID Development and Management, and Value Stream Co-Development
  • Support the capture and collection of DTx PD Requirements and ensure those requirements are collaborated and understood across other enterprise architecture patterns
  • Supporting Value Stream co-development efforts, establishing the DTx Requirements Baseline and ensuring a process, systems and data architecture construct is right-sized and integrated to support our next new commercial airplane program
  • Collaborating with the broader enterprise teams to leverage best practices and opportunities for commonality and/or re-use where beneficial
  • Developing the future state of integrated process and data, including model based requirements, architectural viewpoints and solutions
  • Collaborate with a geographically dispersed, cross-functional team to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams
  • Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
  • Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelors, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in a STEM field
    • 3+ years of experience in design, requirements derivation and/or system architecture development and processes
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Experience applying systems engineering processes and principles
      • Experience/domain knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation
      • Experience with complex systems development and integration
      • Experience with implementation and maintenance of systems engineering tools, schedules and metrics (i.e. Earned value management, DOORs, CAMEO)
      • Experience with Model Based Engineering, Data Integration, Enterprise Standard Gated Practice understanding Typical Education/Experience:

        Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.

        Relocation:

        Summary pay range: $87,550 -$118,450
