Job Description:
Job Description SUMMARY Responsible for processing all deal
paperwork to accurately record the sale, profit, and commissions
payable on all sold and trade-in units and maintaining accurate
accounting on related schedules. ESSENTIAL DUTIES * Organize and
Scan in car deals * Receiving and process all paperwork from the
F&I department * Review deal paperwork for completeness and
compliance * Receipt in money * Maintain accurate logs of funds,
documents, and communications * Follow up with issues concerning
paperwork and/or funds * Update funding status daily * Scan
additional documents into deals as necessary * Accurately file
items * Email, Fed ex and mail contracts * Perform all tasks by
deadlines and in timely manner * Be willing to help co-workers with
other tasks * Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work
area * Must be able to handle confidential information
appropriately MARGINAL DUTIES * Being a team player * Highly
organized and detail orientated * Strong multi-tasker * Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment * Effective communicator * Other
duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully,
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Manage and oversee
your processes * Clear and concise communication skills * Basic
financial knowledge and understanding skills * Accounting skills
and knowledge preferred * Proficient computer skills, MS Office
(especially Excel) * Must be highly organized EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE * High School Graduate or GED Equivalency. * Preferred
two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
