Hourly Rate: $20.00 starting

Potential up to 20% Weekly bonus, plus Annual Profit Share.

Salary Range with Bonus: $41,600 - $54,080

Join the team of specialized rebar fabricators in our Fusion Bonded Epoxy shop. Work on WA States largest construction and infrastructure projects; Bend, cut, bundle and load reinforcing steel bars in accordance with customer's orders.

• Operate shearing machine or power saw to cut reinforcing steel bars to length
• Operate bending machine to bend reinforcing steel bars to specified shape
• Operate overhead crane to move, assemble and select material to be fabricated or shipped
• Operate spray gun in the application of epoxy touch up of reinforcing steel bars
• Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping
• Unload trailers and store material in storage bins
• Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean and safe manner. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
  
  Minimum Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Due to the operating conditions of the position, this is a safety sensitive position, therefore you must pass drug test, including THC Qualifications
    • Ability to read and comprehend basic safety and operational instructions
    • Basic math skills to be able to calculate bar measurements What You Should Know
